Mike- I know there are probably some configs to do this from the Aux port,
but it's generally something that only used in test racks with an actual
Access Server (i.e. 2509, 2510, 2511, 2512, 2600's, & 5x00's).  The art of
reverse Telnet is actually Telnet-ing into a loopback of the router you are
console connected.  When you Telnet into your loopback, there is an IP Host
statement that defines the protocol (2000 being Telnet) & the physical async
line numbering (i.e. 20001 for the first Telnet line 1 in the octal cable).
Here's a snapshot from my 2621 with an async module.  The counting starts
with 33 instead of 1 in this case.
