To confirm - yes, it's from the date of the LAST exam, not the first (after
all, the first exam for CCNP at least is actually usually the CCNA - it's a
prerequisite as well).

And regarding CCDP recert - it's on CCO in the certification area.
"CCNP and CCDP have separate recertification exams tailored to each.
Questions are drawn from the multiple exams currently in use for each
certification."
The CCDP recertification exam is 640-529.  The CCNP recert exam is 640-519.
