I certainly hope so, since I just did the same for a 2620.
Here's a line from sh ver of a 2620 in production.
cisco 2620 (MPC860) processor (revision 0x102) with 59392K/6144K bytes of
memory.
BTW: what kind of pricing did you find for the 64megs ?
