Don't mean to dispute your opinion, but (I have to point to my
brother-in-law again) he received his CCO login after completing CCNP/DP
earlier this year..... can't say which, but it's obviously not reserved for
CCIE as he's not even taken the written yet nor did he "apply" for it......
it just arrived via e-mail at some point after he completed NP/DP.

Any other ideas?
