The E1 VWICs with G.703 support allows unstructured E1 traffic that conforms
to the ITU-T G.703 standard
I also believe that the VWIC's must be installed in the NM-HDV module.
Remember that these are truly VOICE modules, but the DI modules can take
incoming channels and redirect them to a second device for data termination.
