This is generally an issue with layer 3 address negotiation. Turn on "debug
ppp negotiation" to see what's going on.

Hi,
I have posted earlier about the DDR link.......
My routers dials each other and LCP and IPCP comes up but not the NCP, and
encapsulation is failing when i try to ping.....

any help
