Hi group,
Yesterday I faced a strang problem . I have C3640 router with IOS 12.0
having 2 wan Cards 4 T card and 4 port BRI card . All of sudden all the
ports of serial interfaces ( out of 4 ports I have configured S2/0 &S2/1
for 2MB and 128 kbps leased lines respectively) disappeared from the
running configurations even though they were there in startup config ) I
tried to copy startup into running config ,but at these interfaces it gave
error messages as if these interfaces are not there.
router(config-if)#int s2/0

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
Upon rebooting the router ,it started showing the configuration of these
interfaces .I wonder if why this thing could have happened as it might
happen in future also ?
Any help will be highly appeciated.
