Not easily. I believe that with the right IOS you can use a 5300 for the network-side of PRI, and this was implemented for more choices as far as PBX connectivity goes, and I suppose you could use this feature to connect another router with a PRI interface to the 5300. But I don't believe that you can do so for BRI (does anybody else know differently)?
