Thanks for the info.  That bug report says that it applies to X.25
encapsulated interfaces, which we don't have.  The interface in question is
running frame relay at the moment.

The scary thing about that caveat--if it applies to frame relay, as well--is
that it means I can't upgrade our branch routers to 12.2 yet if I want LLQ
to work, even though they're using 2600 series routers.  That is truly a
bummer, because we also need IPSec to work and I don't think IPSec is stable
in any previous release that also has CBWFQ and LLQ.

Finding the right IOS is definitely an art form, and one that I haven't
quite mastered yet, apparently!
