Tagging occurs on trunk ports. If you are connecting to a switch that
doesn't support trunking, why would you turn on trunking on the Cisco
switch? Am I missing something here?
Hmm...actually, I should probably lookup that error. I don't even know
specifically what an NVLAN mismatch error is, so I don't know if the
Catalyst or the Alteon is the problem child.
