you specify `neighbor maximum-prefix' on a per-neighbor basis.
thus, you could set one of them to 140,000 and another to 500.
it doesn't do ranges. you can say the high watermark is 500,
but there is no low watermark. This was recently discussed
on cisco-nsp. i'd suggest you continue this discussion with the
cisco tac. i think you might want to follow CSCdt03034, but
it is not very descriptive. ask tac.
