Exclude OSPF from your interesting traffic.
E.g...
access-list 101 deny ospf any any
access-list 101 permit ip any any
dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 101
This will allow OSPF traffic to cross the link when the link is already up,
but will not allow OSPF to initiate dialup.
Of course, you will need to design your routing so it copes with the link
being down, but I'll assume you know that...

Hi Every one,
Having problem with running OSPF with ISDN.
The multicast Hello packets of ISDN continuously casuing line to
bounce.
Have tried by putting Ip ospf demand circuit on one/both sides of
connection but no succes.
Any idea???
