Ken,

The only thing I can think of that would be stopping specific traffic would
be an access list or a Firewall.  Is the 1600 you are monitoring already
pre-configured?  In other words, is there a possibility that someone
previous to you configured it with an access list?  If not, do you have a
firewall onsite that may be blocking traffic?
