IP is connectionless, so your question doesn't quite make sense. "show ip route" displays routes and some other information about next hop, neighbor, etc. depending on the ip routing protocol being used. It might help you. If you're trying to see traffic forwarded through the router and the addresses associated with that traffic, you could use one of the debug commands, but that is not recommended on an operational router. It slows the router down too much. You could also set up some access lists with the log parameter, but that's not really recommended either. You could use a sniffer. There are some free ones such as Ethereal.
