They can do BGP and send you their prefix which you can advertise and
you can just send them the default. Policies are two way's, import &
export. If the customer is only conencted to the net from you and
they want traffic desitned to their AS to also be able to transit
through you then you need to ensure that you announce their AS/Prefix
from your EBGP peering connection to other providers. You then just
send them a default. IE: Your "import"ing their /24 via BGP to your
AS and then "export"ing them a default.
If they can't do BGP you could also still announce their prefix block
from your AS and even prepend their AS to this prefix using route-maps
(That does not make much sense if they are not doing BGP though).
Lots of ways to accomplish what you want to do.

: I have a question about BGP advertisments
:
: I have a customer who want us to provide BGP peering for him.
: He has is own ASN and we have sold him a /24 from our block.
: Currently Im announcing that /24 and other prefix with My BGP peers
(other
: providers)
: The customer wants only to receive default routes from me due to
their
: hardware limitations.
:
: My question is when I do this do I need to stop announcing the /24
prefix to
: my providers since
: that prefix will in essence orginate from his AS?
