The Cisco side of it is easy and can be done in 8 hours or less.  The real
problem area is the PBX programming.  It all depends on how knowledgeable
your PBX tech is.  If you have all the needed hardware, cabling, etc., the
PBX programming shouldn't take more than 4 hours.

Maybe a few more hours for testing and debugging.

In my experience, it can be difficult for Cisco folks to communicate with
pure voice folks.  Once you make yourself understood, things move right along.
