Where is the gs7-pv-mz.111-12.CA1.bin is located? On the Boot ROMs  on on
the Flash Card in slot0: ? Dave below gave you the correct statement to add
to your configuration file.  There is an exhaustive treatment of this on CCO
in the 7000 router area. Also check any of the IOS Configuration Guides
under "Configuration Fundamentals." Good luck.
