I haven't seen that one but I recently had a customer that could not
get this custom server to connect on a 6509 pwr card.  I then tried
disabling the power, 
"set port inlinepower mod/port off" and that fixed it.  I assume that
there may be a similiar comand on the 35xx that disables power.
