This is very simple.   Configure your services (servers, cache engines,
whatever).  Then configure a rule that matches on the URL in question.  To
that rule, add the services you created earlier and then specify your load
balancing method of choice.  Round robin is default, I believe, but you have
several options.

The configuration guides on CCO are very well written and easy to
understand.  I'd suggest reading the documentation before you configure that
thing.  :-)
