What do you mean, to "load?" 40k is too small for the IOS, so this must be a (large) configuration file, no?
If it is: * If you simply "load" a config, you will in fact add the commands in the file to the already running configuration. If this is what you want to do, simply tftp the command into flash, then copy it to the running config. copy tftp flash (follow prompts to specify server ip, file name) copy filename running-config * If you want the config to consist of _only_ the tftped file, then you need to wipe the running config first. If its small, you can do this by removing each config statement. If its longer, you can erase the startup config with erase nvram: startup-config copy tftp flash reload the router and skip out of the assisted config. Then copy flash: filename running-config write mem Is there an easier way to do this?
