As far as I know, you can't just put a "gender-changer" device on a TR interface and the other end of it be a Ethernet directly into a Ethernet Concentrator.
What you would have to do is have a TR Blade in a Modular switch primarily working with Ethernet, or vise-versa. Then you have to have the correct OS on the Switch, and configure Bridging between the TR and Ethernet networks within the OS Configuration. Do-able, but much more complicated.
