Hi Fellows,
I have a guest account of cco because i am ccie written.
when i try to enter
  http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/471/hard_loopback.html
in the above link it say that you dont have a valid cco account.
if i login from cco homepage it logs me in and if i then try to get
to that page it says that you dont have a valid cco account.
I don't understand what is the problem.
Please help me.
