In general, no. You might contract with the ISP to put a router on 
your site that runs OSPF and BGP, and is under their control. ISPs, 
however, are usually extremely reluctant to expose their IGPs to 
anyone outside.

The ISP itself may not routinely run OSPF, but may have an ISIS backbone.

All in all, it's probably simplest to have the ISP advertise BGP 
default to you and redistribute that single route into your own OSPF.
