It means there is an inconsistencies in the entry of the CEF fowarding table 
and the routing table of the router. The message indicate that a passive 
consistency checker had discovered a prefix in the routing table that is not 
present in the CEF fowarding table.

you could try to clear the CEF fowarding table by using the command clear 
cef linecard
