I tried to disable fast etherchanel, trunking, etc, could not fix it. Well, The problem is resolved now. I read on CCO that the CatOS on here is 4.5(1) Early developement, I flashed 4.5(8) as recommended on the CatOS Compat advisor and all is ok. Thanks to everyone for your help! -Jason
