Doyle hasn't written a second edition of his excellent Routing TCP/IP Volume I as far as I know. A second edition is an update to the first and doesn't generally cover new topics.
He has written volume 2 which covers different topics: BGP, multicast, IPv6... Vol. 1 covered routing and most routing protocols, except BGP. It's a must have.
