Try saving the config and see what happens. The router might be trying to autoinstall. Or, do a "no service-config". The router may be trying an auto update to the config. Post the config if there is one, maybe there is a command that is telling the router to load the config from flash. Never used it but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Tony M
