Yes, there are specific questions about signatures. I didn`t spend too much time with signatures and only try to understand the points and memories the basic things only. I don`t think I correctly answered all the signatures questions on the exam, but I covered that with other area such as the GUI and CLI questions. I sat the exam for the first time and luckly passed it with 40 point to spare (800 is the minimum score).
