OK- I've updated the tutorial with a new and easier font to read. I added how to remove vlans from trunks, how to config the VTP domain and how to upgrade the IOS. I personally think I will be tweaking the upgrade directions a few times but I think right now it's pretty close to being correct. I added a link to Cisco's own docs just in case :)
