I would find it silly to include "CCIE Written" in an email signature that was going elsewhere, but on a list like this I don't see why it's an issue. It's simply an indication of progress to others who are pursuing similar certifications. I've decided that I like the approach of not putting any certs in the signature. That keeps everyone guessing. :-)
