The mask on newyork route looks wrong. Also with the nature of ip unnumbered , When IP unnumbered is configured, routes learned through the IP unnumbered interface have the interface as the next hop instead of the source address of the routing update and thats the reason u can ping even though a different major net/subnet is configured.
