Ok, success! Well, it turns out, we had a bad CSU. Strange thing, though. It worked ok on the 3Com equipment and last time we did testing, we put the CSU on the Cisco and it didn't work. We put it back on the 3Com and it worked fine. This time, we couldn't get it to work on the Cisco, tried putting it back and it died. We configured (yet) another CSU and up it came. I guess you can never try enough hardware sometimes. Thanks for all the input. It's much appreciated.
