Also, Cisco Enterprise and SP support services like NSA used to help in recommeding IOS upgrades using a tool called "IOSRAT". It appears that Enterprise and SP support services might be merging now, or at least changing somehow, and the only support portion will be Advanced Services: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/serv/mkt/sup/ent/nsa/index.shtml http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/serv/mkt/sup/sp/acs/index.shtml http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/serv/mkt/sup/sp/adsv/index.shtml Both the Enterprise Support NSA and Service Provider SP-ACS say they are EoS February 28th, 2002. I'm not sure what this means for Cisco support for Enterprise and SP customers, maybe someone from Cisco could enlighten us. One of the best places to get recommendations is by reading and keeping up to date on some mailing-lists on the Internet like: http://puck.nether.net/lists/cisco-nsp/ http://www.nanog.org/email.html Maybe that's why Cisco is restructuring their support services.... -dre ""Richard Tufaro"" wrote in message [EMAIL PROTECTED]">news:[EMAIL PROTECTED]... > Anyone know where on Cisco's site there is a place to "recommend" an image > for IOS upgrade? > > Richard Tufaro - MCSE - GSEC- CCNA > Network Engineer - Anda Inc. > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > MSN IM - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message Posted at: http://www.groupstudy.com/form/read.php?f=7&i=32537&t=32532 -------------------------------------------------- FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
