3 quick points: -it's probably worth sniffing a client connection to the 2924XL from boot-up until blue-screen (use ethereal if your company does not have an existing relationship with a commercial packet-capturing software vendor. note: i'm assuming that the 2924 is capable of port spanning, if not, it's probably still worth plugging the client's nic into a hub also connected to the 2924 to see if the problem persists)
