Here is a possible config to achieve 8mbps for a frame-relay connection. ISP Frame Switch-----DL3800-----8xT1-----DL3800-----2600 w/WIC-2T
The WIC-2T would be installed in NM-1FE1R2W, NM-1FE2W, or NM-2FE2W and no other WIC modules installed. I don't know if using the Digital Link 3800's is cheaper than the DS3 ATM cards but this is one option.
