I suppose you're talking about the on-line training Cisco provides for their partners.
You can try here: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/10/wwtraining/pec/peclogin.html but you will need a CCO login that associates you with a partner. On that site there is plenty of training, a lot free - some you pay for.
