I found that I can configured it on the other cisco 1700, but my Cisco 2500 
can't work.  So I think not only 72xx will do


JKT02(config)#scheduler ?
  allocate          Guarantee CPU time for processes
  interval          Maximum interval before running lowest priority process
  process-watchdog  Action for looping processes

JKT02(config)#scheduler allocate ?
    Microseconds handling network interrupts
  

JKT02(config)#exit
