I have to ask.. are the servers running SP2? all hotfixes? Is Exchange running the newest SP? Clients?
It did not matter with NT4 as much about service packs but it sure does now days.. more importantly with AD is to have ALL servers in the AD domain(forrest?) on the same SP revision.
