don't 100% got your questions, but let me try it. beta exams are usually under this format, more questions with more time, and it will take longer to give you the exam result; so, the current production ccnp exams still as is. to me, reason of providing ccnp beta is interesting, perhaps cisco got another poll of questions, i guess.
