First question - Did it ever work? If not, anything is possible. Check on CCO for Troubleshooting Serial Line Problems. Also check for troubleshooting T-1 Problems. The problem could be in your equipment or in the Telco's. Verify your line coding and framing B8ZS and ESF are the usual. Do loops back to your gear. You can make up a loopback plug and a loopback jack. Use them to test your internal wiring and maybe the Telco SmartJack. Have them give loopbacks to you or visa versa. If all else fails turn on Internal clocking and see what happens. Not every Telco provides clocking.
