Make sure that you ask the following from Verizon if you are configureing POS OC3
Framing - SONET OR SDH SONET is default for Cisco router Clock - Internal or line If back to back then one of your router is providing the clock WIll be great if you have an Adtect tester so that you can test the link first if it is clea or not to avoid future headache. Its really easy to configure.... Get the latest IOS just in case.
