extra dlci's are most likely not the cause of any packet loss you are
experiencing. in fact, they should have no effect on your network other than
the extra frames / frame size advertising them.

if the extra dlci's are not yours, then your telco should delete them at
their switch. are you certain, though, that your manager wasn't sweet talked
into provisioning them by the telco? :)

You do need to open a ticket with the telco to determine the cause of the
packet loss.
