OK,  I am getting more confused now.  It actually became two question.

1.  What the maximum number of 3548 per cluster?  (which seems to be 16
here).
2. If I DON'T use cluster at all.  Just assign one IP address per 3548s, and
stack them with a loop, say 1-2-3-4-...-15-1.  Is there any limitation
regarding Spanning-Tree protocol, VTP... and so on???
