The BSE/BSM versions of the 340 have NAT integrated, but I do not believe that the standard 340 does. The BSE uses a fixed 192.168.1.0/24 block for the wireless segment and cannot be managed over the Ethernet interface. I would recommend against it if you are using IPSec - it does not have a provision for VPN.
