On the router you can do a 'sh mac-addr-table addr xxxx-xxxx-xxxx(mac addr) and it will show you the interface that the Mac-addr is on.
On switches you can do a 'show cam xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx and it should give you the port on the switch where the mac-addr is.. This works on our 6500 switches with msfc routing and supervisor cards..
