Does anyone know what Rx throttle means on a channelized DS-3 card. I have one that has a T-1 bounce once every day or two. None of the other T's bounce except this one and the only anything I see is it has Rx throttle numbers that very slowly increase. It is a 7204VXR with 2 PA-MC-T3 cards.
