Georg - I have been told by the provider that all of their switches are currently set to UBR, which leads me to believe that only the physical limitations (T1 circuit) are governing how much bandwidth I am allowed, but I guess what I'm really needing to know is that if I split the T1 circuit into 2 PVC's (this is already done on the switches) and then make these configuration changes on each end of the cloud (at each CPE device) will that effectively limit the PVC's respectively - say 768k and 768k and guarantee that amount of bandwidth to each PVC? And moreover, is there a way to configure it so that say PVC 0/35 has minimum of 768K but can cut into the bandwidth available for say PVC 0/36 but not vice versa????
