First, if you want a lab your going to need a bit more than that.. Id recommend ISDN for starters and at least a CatOS based switch like a 5000..
If you cant setup your own lab, I suggest you not persue the CCNP.. Your labs will depend on what your trying to acheive, I believe there is no be all and end all lab, I change configuration in my CCNP lab daily as I read and learn new things and want to test them with existing configuration.. Its best you get a mix of labs and a mix of Equipment..
