What is the difference in support from a router under warranty, VS. if you bought a router with a Smartnet contract? Is Smartnet only so you can get parts faster? If you have a router that is only under warranty WITHOUT a smartnet contract, can you just call in and talk to a TAC engineer? Or is buying a router with Smartnet so you CAN call in and talk to a TAC engineer?
