See comments inline. Basically, I think you need to explain your restrictions. My experience working with clients is that sometimes perceived restrictions, i.e - "We CAN'T do that!", really aren't restrictions at all, i.e. - "We don't WANT to do that because we really don't understand how it works and we're not comfortable."
